PRODUCT:
ENVIROGUARD SP is a water based, invisible permanent sealer to protect walls, paved areas, stone setts, etc Treatment of surfaces makes oil, food, chewing gum, drink stains and graffiti quick and easy to clean up.
Service life can range from 5 years up to 10 years.

TECHNICAL DATA
Store securely in original sealed containers. Protect from freezing.
Apply one flood coat by low pressure spray, brush out any areas of ponding.
For porous surfaces, when a second application may be needed, it must be applied before the first coat has dried. Test surfaces first in order to establish the correct quantity of material required.
COVERAGE:
Apply Enviroguard SP at the rate of 1 litre per 5 sq metres.
The product is supplied in 5, 20 or 200 litre drums.
PREPARATION
Stir well before use.
Concrete or stone should be clean and free from surface dirt, mould and grease.
Enviroguard SP should not be applied over existing coatings.
It is intended for absorption into cracks, pores and air holes in concrete where it acts as a long life sealer.
Surfaces need not be totally dry before application.
Working temperatures should be above 5℃ and below 40℃ and application should not be attempted if lower temperatures are forecast during the application period.
APPLICATION
Enviroguard SP should be stored at room temperature (20℃) before use.
Apply to clean concrete or block paved areas in one full application at a rate of 1 litre per 5 sq metres.
Stir before applying by brush or low pressure spray to saturate concrete, brick or stone surfaces.
Enviroguard SP should be applied undiluted in a single application to flood the area to be treated.
For sound concrete, that is at a rate of 1 litre of Enviroguard SP per 5 sq metres.
The product should penetrate surfaces Immediately.
Do not allow excessively applied product to run off into drains.
Use a brush or squeegee to prevent Enviroguard SP from ponding on horizontal surfaces.
LIMITATIONS
After treatment with Enviroguard SP some bricks may have a composition which can cause the leaching of excessive alkali and efflorescence.
If this occurs, hose down periodically to dissolve these soluble salts or leave them to weather away naturally.
Enviroguard SP should not be applied at an air temperature of less than 5℃.
Any product getting onto glass or aluminium should be washed off immediately.

This product is considered to be non hazardous. However, please ensure that operators read and understand the health and safety data sheet before using these materials. For spray application, suitable filter masks should be used to protect the nose and mouth against ingesting spray particles
